We were asked to write a few sales emails and an AI was asked to do the same. They looked good but after the panic subsided we realised the phrases used the type of words we see all the time, one stop solution and just a few clicks for example. They basically failed to differentiate the customer (show a USP) from all customers. It lacked the emotion humans are famous for and which makes us buy.
