About Russell Wilce Consulting

Why do  things differently?

Because Sales is all about people - those buying and those selling

Russell Wilce Consulting works with organisations in developing their sales people through sales training and coaching and helping them to grow their business. However no two people or companies are the same, hence pre prepared training programs are not what we do. Consequently proven methods and strategies are used, from years of experience in the field, and working with sales people and sales focused companies.

Growing your business usually requires some "CHANGE". A change in training, thinking, process, marketing, attitude, and the list goes on. Quick fix courses and the monthly  "how'd you go" sessions have a place. However we believe change requires a consistent presence as part of your business. This can be a full/half day per week, weekly/bi-monthly, for a month's duration or longer. We have done basic telephone training for four sessions through to being a weekly Sales & Marketing Manager for years at several companies. Our clients will tell you their, and our, success stories.

People don't buy from people they don't like

unless they have to, or a relationship is not required, such as in a retail quick sale of say, a loaf of bread. However, most longer term business-to-business sales are about the relationship.

Your company is unique

in how it operates. It's rationalisation for being in business is not the same as it's neighbour even if they both sell bread.

Each client is unique

People buy the way they like to buy, not how you want to sell to them. Therefore do you understand your clients needs and wants?

Training & Coaching

Each sales person is an individual. Every customer is unique. Likewise buying company is different, so is your company. How does packaged training work? We don't know as we don't do it.

Sales Growth

If your sales team do not have strategies to influence your clients will they get results? Do you only measure results when your sales are below targets? Does the business have a strategy to get products in front of the people who want to buy them?

Marketing & Communication

Do you actually have your future sales results already in your company database? Therefore are you communicating with your clients in a way they like?
