Sales Manager – Online

Given the time and expense of modern day travel we can help smaller organisations in a much more cost-effective way to improve their company sales bottom line. Many smaller organisations will benefit from a Sales manager but do not need a full time one, nor can they justify the expense. Many industries and services use online services they would never have thought to use 10 years ago. The current coronavirus health situation is just another added factor for some companies to consider at this time. We are not newcomers to doing what we do online – we have 15 years doing it. We have references to support us too.

Online - Anytime - Anywhere

Russell Wilce Consulting is offering you a Sales Manager from $295.00 per week. You can hire our services for as little as $295.00 for 2 hours per week. Your first session might be a Sales review of your companies sales operations. If you were to follow our agenda below you would get an extra 30 minutes per week! The only requirement is you book the next week’s session to get the extra time allowance. However, you can use the 2 hours to suit yourself, and your business. It may be spent on managing Sales meetings, coaching, training, sales process, CRM reporting, strategy sessions, new business development, or new product development or any other Sales related activity, all online.

The most important aspect of a Sales managing role is the Sales meeting. It is often the style, regularity, agenda, content and conduct of a Sales meeting that defines the Sales Manager, the company reputation and most importantly the Sales revenues. All too often these meetings don’t give the positive motivation we aim for. This service not only gives you a Sales Manager online; it provides you with an online sales meeting too. If your Sales manager or manager of sales is not available, the meeting can continue.

Sales Manager often gives the impression of a person who only manages sales. However, all teams need a manger of Sales. Someone who can guide the Sales team to make the right decisions, whether they have other roles in the organisation or not. If you want to know more about what makes a good Sales Manager?

A meeting only needs to be 30-40 minutes a week, but it needs to happen every week. We also believe it carries more weight if it’s on the same day and at the same time, as often as possible. We believe some agenda styles work better for certain businesses than others. We will work with you to establish a strong style to suit your company, and the manager of Sales.

Our Sales meeting + online manager agenda

  • An initial agenda telephone meeting with the manager of sales
  • A pre-Sales meeting agenda review, if received by an agreed time each week
  • A weekly Sales meeting with the sales team for 45 - 60 minutes via teleconference*
  • 1 on 1 sessions with sales team members for training or
  • Individual question time for the remainder of 2 hours
  • Access for the Sales team to the online Sales manager Mon-Fri, 9-4 (RWC) for strategy questions or to discuss a process step, e.g. opening or closing
  • Any email can be sent to RWC for advice before the sales team member sends it to a customer
  • Emails can be re-written by RWC for you, to enhance the learning process**
  • Sales managers can access 30 additional minutes to discuss any Sales related issues in the week

Notes A sales meeting in this way would be effective for a Sales team of up to 6-8 people. If you have more, please discuss with RWC.

* We will use your choice of teleconferencing (to avoid you setting up a new one just for us). We can host the teleconferencing for an additional fee depending on who you want to use.

** Emails can be written to show how to improve a person’s Sales emails.

Our story

We've learnt from our Sales training and coaching over the last 15 years that it is the consistency of our work that has helped many companies add millions of dollars to their bottom line. We have also found that because of the size of Western Australia we have had to do lots of remote coaching, training and Sales management. We have become experts at making remote coaching, training and Sales management a success for many organisations both around Western Australia and in the eastern states of New South Wales, Queensland, and Victoria.
